Fehlermeldung nach Installation des Moduls "Track + Trace"

Hallo Zusammen,

habe folgendes Problem nach der Installation vom Modul "Sendungsverfolgung" aus der Modulecke
Hab es auch schon 3 mal neu installiert und gebe jetzt auf...
Kann mir vielleicht einer einen kleinen Tipp geben, wo ich suchen muss?

ein Fehler in der Beschreibung, es wird eine SQL Abfrage eingebaut si*_tracking_id, die mit abgefragt wird. Diese Abfrage einfach löschen.

ich habe das Modul laut Anleitung eingebaut.
Im Admin bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung, wenn ich auf "Kunden" -> "Bestellung" drücke:
