In der Fehlermeldung steht ja ein Link https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/payment-experience/v1/#errors

Dort findet man

Deshalb und wegen der weiteren Fehlermeldungen bzgl Profile ID würde ich auf das Paypalprofil tippen.

Mach doch mal Screenshots der Paypaleinstellungen bei Paypal Profil und bei Einstellungen eines Paypalprodukts unter Paypal Produkte.

Wähl doch mal als Profil dein angelegtes aus oder mach dieses zum Standard Profil.

Oder hast du vielleicht ein umbenanntes Admin Verzeichnis und die Dateien aus dem Paypal Update im Ordner Admin  nicht in diesen kopiert?
