Sorry für die Verwirrung!

Im Live-Modus habe ich nur Paypal.

Im Sandbox-Modus habe ich: Paypal, Lastschrift, Kreditkarte und Kauf auf Rechnung.

Habe ich noch mal kontrolliert. Ich habe sogar absichtlich die Keys getauscht. Dabei funktioniert die Zahlungsart gar nicht mehr. Weder Sandbox noch Live.

Ich habs in einem anderen Shop getestet und dort auf Sandbox geschaltet. Dort wird auch "Kauf auf Rechnung" angezeigt. Vielleicht hat Paypal das inzwischen hinzugefügt.

Gestern Abend hat jemand einen Gutschein bei mir bestellt und mit PayPal Classic bezahlt. Ich habe die neueste Shopversion mit dem aktuellen Paypal-Modul.
Die Bestellung erscheint mit verschiedenen Bestellnummern 3 mal im Shop, der Bezahlstatus steht bei allen auf "bezahlt". Der Kunde hat 3 Bestellbestätigungen erhalten, die Zahlung erfolgte jedoch nur 1 mal.
Die Transaktionsnummer ist im Shopbackend unter PayPal-Details bei allen Bestellungen identisch.

Wie kann es zu so einem Vorgang kommen?

ich wollte hier einfach vorher sehen, ob das andere auch erlebt haben bzw. es einen Grund dafür geben könnte. Auch wollte ich vorher nochmal den Kunden dazu hören.
Ich habe daher ihm telefoniert, er hat nicht mehrfach auf "Kaufen" geklickt und zwischen den
Bestellungen im Backend lagen jeweils ca. 2 Sekunden. Ich habe die Mails als Admin alle 22:48 bekommen.
Ich gebe beim Ticket mal die Log-Datei des entsprechenden Zeitraums hinzu.

Leider gelingt es mir nicht, die Log Datei beim Ticket einzufügen. Es wird dann als SPAM gekennzeichnet, ein Captcha_Fehler angezeigt (es gibt auch kein sichtbares Captcha) Nachdem ich das in 2 Browsern probiert habe, post ich die Log-Datei mal hier:

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe in einem Shop ein Problem mit Paypal Zahlungen.
Der Shop ist Version 106 SP4 mit Paypal Plus Modul.

Er lief ohne Probleme bis 30.11.2017.
Danach funktionieren keine Paypal Zahlungen mehr.

Ich habe es getestet:
Ich werde beim Bezahlen mit PP zu Paypal geleitet
> dort steht auch der richtige Händlername
> ich logge mich ein
> bekomme den zu zahlenden Betrag angezeigt
> klicke auf "weiter"
> und lande direkt im Shop auf der checkout_success.php

Im Shop steht die Bestellung mit Status "offen".
Es fehlen die Paypal-Status.
Im Paypal Konto ist keine Bestellung zu finden. Im Kundenkonto so wie auch im Händlerkonto.

Anruf beim Paypal-Support:
Die meinen, dass die Zahlung aus Gründen, welche sie nicht sehen, abgelehnt wurde.
Sie sagen, dass das Modul funktioniert, da ich ja korrekt zu Paypal geleitet werde.
Sehen aber diese Zahlungen nicht, welche vom Shop kommen.
Deshalb können Sie mir nicht helfen.
Es sollen die Kunden anrufen und fragen, warum es nicht funktioniert hat (bzw. die Zahlung abgelehnt wurde).

Hat Ihr schon einmal so ein Problem?
Habt Ihr einen Tipp für mich?

Hat sich erledigt. Fehler gefunden.
Es wurde an einem anderen Modul gearbeitet. Dadurch wurde eine ältere checkout_process.php wiederhergestellt in der eine Zeile Code für Paypal Plus fehlte.

Hinweis: im Download für 1.06 rev 4642 ist im Ordner "changed files" die Datei /inc/xtc_update_whos_online.inc.php enhalten, wird aber in der Datei INSTALL.html nicht erwähnt.
