Mehrere Probleme nach Installation

Liebe Community ich hoffe auf eure Hilfe.

Ich habe nun einen Shop mit der Version 1.06 erstellt.
Das erste Problem das ich habe sind sehr viele Fehlermeldungen im Bereich Zahlungsoption.

Ich habe bereits die Errormeldung in der application_top geändert und trotzdem noch folgende Fehlermeldungen.

Die nächste Fehlermeldung habe ich im Artikelkatalog.

Der nächste Fehler den ich habe ist in der Versendeten Email nach einer Bestellung.
Da steht im Betreff ... =?utf8_generel_ci?Q?Ihre_Bestellung_5_vom_Freitag,_06._M=E4rz_2015?=
und umlaut A und scharfes S sehen so aus ä ß.

Und im Backend und im Frontend stimmt die Charset auch nicht.

Habe ich bei der Intallation einen Fehler begangen?

Edit: Aja ein Problem habe ich vergessen.
Bei der Versandart Post AG sind von hausaus 3Kg Gewicht da, plus das Gewicht des Artikels.
Woher kommen diese 3Kg.

Hallo und Willkommen !
Ich würde den Shop noch einmal neu Downloaden und dann ein anders FTP Programm für den Upload nehmen.
Bei mir waren die Fehler weg nachdem ich winscp für den ftp genutzt hatte. Mit FZ zB waren immer wieder irgendwelche Dateien defekt !

Welche php Version nutzt du ? Sollte 5.4 sein !

Ok werde ich mal versuchen. Habe FileZilla benutzt zum überspielen.
Und meine PHP Version ist 5.6

Der Shop funktioniert im unveränderten Zustand nicht mit PHP 5.6 (bzw >5.4)

Ok. Und gibt es da eine möglichkeit das aufzuwerten?
Oder glauben sie ist es möglich das PHP abzustufen vom Betreiber?

Hallo Elbuhcino,
Die PHp Verwion kannst du normalerweise bei deinem Provider einstellen. Bei 1und1 zB von 5.2 bis 5.6.
Sind Nur ein paar Klicks...

Und bei anderen Hostern musst du sie anschreiben - aber möglich ist es bei sehr vielen -> einfach mal ne Email schicken

Und das beste wäre 5.4 oder niedriger?

5.4 wäre die beste Wahl.

Ich habe den Shop nun neu aufgesetzt mit PHP 5.4 und es funktioniert fast alles.
Die Fehlermeldungen sind weg und auch die Charset passt.

Ein Fehler bleibt aber...

Leider wird beim Versand noch immer 3Kg+Artikelgewicht gewählt.
Weis einer woher die 3Kg kommen?

Das sieht nach einem festgelegten Leergewicht je Paket aus.
Guck mal im Admin--> Konfiguration --> Versandoptionen --> Paketgewicht.
