Add extra amount for Payment

We would like to add extra amount for if customer select bank cheque option.

How can we do this?

we are selling only software products and only download option. so we dont have any shipping method

There should be option "ot_payment" in adminarea at "Modules" -> "Order Total" page. Check this to add single fees to any given payment option.
