SEO Friendly URL

We are enabled SEO Friendly URL but when we try to move the page getting following error:

Access forbidden!

"You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster."

Our URL will be like this:
www.example-domain.com/Fashion-Design-Software:::1.html

Please let me know where we made mistake

According to the documentation (unfortunately for you in German) you need to do 3 steps:
1) Make sure your webserver has mod_rewrite enabled
2) Activate SEO URLs (<- you did this)
3) Rename in your shop root folder the file _.htaccess to .htaccess
3.1) IF your shop is installed in a subfolder, you need to edit .htaccess file! The line "RewriteBase /" needs to become modified like documented in this file.

If you did all this and it is still failing, you need to ask somebody with deeper knowledge about this software.

"when we try to move the page"
exactly mean ?

Did you enable SEO-URLs and then moved the site to another domain or subfolder ?

@noRiddle, I think he means, when he tried to click a link in the shop, for example category or product.
I think he has not rename _.htaccess
