IBAN and BLZ validation

Hello,

I started using modified shop a couple of days ago and I have a question.

I want to validate a users IBAN and BLZ. For this purpose I'm using the `banktransfer_validation.php` found here https://trac.modified-shop.org/ticket/35

In my banktransfer.php file I am using `$banktransfer_validation = new IbanAccountCheck;`.

The problem is that I cannot validate the IBAN and BLZ together, it's either only the Iban or the BLZ.

The former BLZ is part of the IBAN (string position 5 to 12). If the IBAN validates and the BLZ is the same as in the IBAN you don't have to validate the BLZ again.
