install on debian server

I think i will install on Debian. windows dont seem to work properly

what is the step by step guide on what to install along side and folder placement please

Hi regchan.

Just download the package XAMPP if you like to test it on your windows machine as noRiddle already told you.

To install on a linux machine you need of course activated php and a mysql database.

Then upload everything inside the "shoproot" folder.

Then type in your browser http://yourdomain.com/folder_with_shopdata/_installer

Then follow the instructions on the screen. the installation is english or german. just pic it with the little flag.
