User Tracking problem ?

I have followed the instructions which I found here http://www.modified-shop.org/forum/index.php?topic=5613.0

For my localhost eshop everything is OK and User tracking works.

When I make the same changes to my Online shop I have problem because
the command require ('includes/geoipcity.inc'); does not work(it shoes HTTP error 500). I cannot understand why although I have uploaded all the files.

Can someone help me ?
