Erhalte eigenartige Mails

seit kurzem erhalte ich immer wieder eigenartige Mails mit folgendem oder ähnlichem Inhalt:

Wie kann es sein, dass jemand meine Email-Adresse verwendet und an mich (selbe Email-Adresse) Mails schickt???

Alter Hut, das lässt sich alles fälschen (Mail-Header, Betreff und solche Sachen)

Da du deine eigene Emailadresse höchstwahrscheinlich nicht auf deiner evtl. Blacklist hast, gute Wahl vom Spammer. 

Um so etwas zu vermeiden solltest du dich mal mit SPF (Sender Policy Framework) beschäftigen.

Unter www.spf-record.de wird erklärt was es damit auf sich hat und Tips dazu gegeben wie sich so etwas umsetzen lässt.
